To the outsider looking inside a NM business, the business or act of running a NM business may appear to be very simple. If you, the NM business owner, are operating it efficiently, effectively and duplicatably this is what you want the customer, prospect or anyone else to assume!

When you view the ABC's of your business, your's may resemble the following:

a) You have a product or service for sale
b) You take their order
c) You submit or place the order
d) You deliver it or have it drop-shipped

Missing from the scenario above are all the “GUTS” of your business. They are the systems you need to have in place to make your business work. Marketing, sales, recruiting, follow up, referra
