Internet Marketers count on this attribute to make their fortunes. They know that you are looking. They know that you are impressionable and they know that if their sales letter is strong enough then you are hooked. Then what happens to you?

Providing Great Customer Service is something every online business should aim to give their customers. Why? Because each happy customer is more likely both to return, and to encourage others to come too. If they recommend a friend, they are just as likely to recommend a bunch. Many people who start off in affiliate marketing pick a product they feel is good, but get frustrated that it doesn’t sell. There are four common reasons why the product doesn’t sell well for them.
1. Trying to sell instead of presell. Online marketing is about building relationships. If you don’t have a relationship built with your list, they’re not gonna buy anything from you!
Don’t think in terms of sell, think in terms of presell.
What are you going to do to develop your relationship with your list? The best way is always to give them the best advice available to them. This can come in the form of special reports, articles, and e-books.
